Dexter

Hello! My name is Dexter. I’m a 2.5 years old Chihuahua cross and I’m available for adoption at the K-W Humane Society. I’m a ball of energy, but I don’t take up at lot of space. Playing tug of war is my favourite game. I have been neutered and I’m ready to go home with you and be your very best friend! If you are interested in meeting me – I’m waiting

Pam, with that face and small size he'll be home before you know it. Oh yes ... you can't adopt them all Pam ;). Remember that! How's the chinchilla getting on with the rabbits?

Hi Janice,

I've not introduced them yet - I'm waiting for the right moment. I think Motley might be somewhat aggressive towards him.

But they certainly are curious about each other.

I see all these pictures of pets that you post Pam, and I wonder how people can just give them up like that.

It makes me wonder too, Malcolm. Some people actually just dump the animals off at the shelter in the kennels in the middle of the night.

I suppose it's better than just letting them lose in the woods somewhere, but...

What a cute dog.  I am sure someone will want him very soon.  I am up to three now with my 13 yr. old Shit Zhu, and two more adopted ones.  Can't take on any more!  So much to do by the time I brush their hair and their teeth, baths, and therapy for the last one that is lame in her two back legs from severe abuse.
